Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye

Well, we finally kicked out said goodbye to the Borgs who had visited with us. We got them on the plane back to Wisconsin on Wednesday, and Sam and I are trying to get back to speed. We had a terrific time with them out here, and were so thankful for their company and friendship. Thanks you guys!

Be sure to check out their account of the adventures at their new blog, and I'll hopefully get around to posting some pictures of our fun together.

Fun? You call what we did fun!?!
We are thankful for the two of you as well.

You know what?! this is bull-crap! After they leave then you start blogging again? I'm pretty sure that's all you wanted to do when Anna and I were out there. Remember the time I asked you if I could get a ride to Burger King and get something to eat? "No, I'm blogging." Whatever.

That is great to hear, thank you for reading!

Thank you, that was just an awesome post!!!

Transplanted from the artic blight of Minnesota to the sunny paradise of SoCal, I am attending school and learning to say "dude." I like to think of myself as equal parts surf rash, Batman, heavy metal, Levinas, poetic license, and reformational. Other than creating blund blogs, I enjoy reading, sporting, and socializing with serious and funny people.

How does Rowling and the "Harry Potter" series stack up against Tolkien and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy?
Rowling is the new dreamweaver. She is reigniting literature and fantasy as we know it.
Tolkien is the undisputed favorite. We have not yet seen a match for his philogistic skill.
This is apples and oranges. You might as well compare ping pong with Halo. Two different animals.
Rowling wins, but only by one quidditch goal.
Tolkien still stands, but only barely.
